FEATURES OF IRELAND

Why this is particularly important in the Irish climate

Humidity, frequent rain, mild but damp winters — the Irish climate imposes special requirements on homes. Old constructions often struggle: mold appears, walls freeze, and heating bills become unjustifiably high.

We design and build with local conditions in mind. This is not just a 'warm house' — it is a home prepared to withstand humidity while remaining dry, healthy, and economical.

HOW WE ACHIEVE THIS

Technology designed down to the millimeter

Behind the feeling of comfort lies smart engineering: a multi-layer wall structure, proper management of moisture and air, modern materials.

01 Multi-layer wall Load-bearing frame, insulation, vapor barrier, and wind protection in the correct sequence.
02 Sealing and ventilation Control of heat leaks and a constant influx of fresh air without overcooling.
03 Moisture management The house 'breathes' correctly — condensation does not linger in the structure.
04 Thermal envelope The absence of 'cold bridges' ensures a stable temperature inside.
Wall Construction

Multi-layer wall

Each layer serves its purpose: the load-bearing frame holds the structure, insulation retains heat, the vapor barrier protects against moisture from the inside, and the wind protection does so from the outside.

Ventilation

Sealing and ventilation

A supply-and-exhaust system with heat recovery provides a constant flow of fresh air without losing heat — the key to a comfortable indoor climate all year round.

Moisture Management

Moisture management

Carefully engineered vapour permeability lets the structure “breathe” and prevents condensation build-up — forget about damp, mould and mildew on your walls.

Thermal Envelope

Thermal envelope

A continuous, sealed insulation envelope eliminates cold bridges and cold corners. The house stays warm with minimal heating costs.

MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES

Eco-friendly materials and modern solutions

We do not cling to outdated approaches. We study new materials, keep an eye on European standards, and choose what truly works in the conditions of Ireland.

Natural Wood
FOUNDATION

Certified timber

Dried structural timber from coniferous species is the foundation of the frame. Lightweight, strong, and eco-friendly.

Insulation
HEAT

Modern insulation

Mineral wool and eco-insulations with a high resistance to heat loss.

Membranes
PROTECTION

Vapor and wind protection

Modern next-generation membranes — moisture control and durability of the structure.

Windows
COMFORT

Energy-saving windows

Two- and three-chamber double-glazed units with low-emission coating and warm edge spacer profile.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers to important questions

We have compiled the questions that clients ask most frequently. If you didn't find the answer — contact us, and we will discuss it personally.

Any questions left? Ask a question to the specialist
Is the frame technology suitable for the Irish climate?

Yes, and moreover — modern frame technologies are particularly good for the humid Irish climate. A properly designed structure "breathes," does not accumulate moisture, and does not suffer from dampness or mold.

Will the house be warm in winter?

Yes. A multi-layer structure with high-quality insulation and a sealed thermal envelope ensures a stable temperature inside with minimal heating costs.

Will there be dampness and mold?

No. We use the correct vapor and wind protection system, as well as modern ventilation with heat recovery. Moisture does not accumulate in the structure, and the air inside is always fresh.

Is it possible to create a custom project?

Of course. Each of our homes is a unique project, tailored to the plot, lifestyle, and preferences of the client. We do not work with "box" templates.

Is it possible to add something to an existing house or build a second floor?

Yes, we build extensions and, after assessing the load-bearing structures, we add a second floor or an attic. The decision is made after inspecting the property and analyzing its condition.

What materials do you use?

Certified structural timber, modern insulation materials, vapor and wind protection membranes, energy-saving windows. All materials are from trusted EU suppliers.

Is it possible to find a solution for different budgets?

Yes. We adapt the project and specifications to the client's realistic budget. For this, we discuss priorities and possible options in detail during the consultation stage.
